Our History
The inspiration of Up North Rentals was started by Nick Halverson, who was raised in the Twin Cities, Minnesota (northern suburbs). He had many great memories of vacations in central and northern Minnesota, or as Minnesotan’s call it, ‘up north’.
For the past 10 years Nick and his wife Abigail, have built out a short term rental / vacation rental business in Costa Rica, called Osa Property Management.
They are now ‘coming back home’ and sharing their expertise of providing homeowners a great opportunity to generate revenue from their vacation home and provide Guests world-class service the the upper midwest’s most beautiful locations.
