We loved the space of the three story villa and the ability to dock our own boat for the stay. We also stayed Sunday to Wednesday so the resort was very quiet, which was perfect for us.

We had a great stay here! Lots of space with great access to the beach and boating dock. Amazing view of the lake on the balcony. (Our Thermacell kept mosquitoes away on the balcony once the sun went down).

This property was a great spot for my family to gather for a long weekend. The space was exactly as pictured and the location next to the lake made it even better. We would happily stay here again, but there are a few negatives worth mentioning. We booked the space with the host accepting our group with a pet. When receiving the welcome instructions, it said no pets so we clarified and they wanted us to pay a $250 pet fee the day before arrival (we didn’t bring the dog). The lodge the property is on has extra expenses which are not listed in the house details. The hosts said they’d pay the $40 pool use fee, but there is also a $40 fee for using the boat launch/dock that is not covered. The rental could use more instructions, as we felt lost on where to bring trash/recycling, needing updated laundry instructions, etc., and it lacked supplies such as the shampoo/body wash listed in the description. Would recommend a welcome binder, but will say the host was usually quick to respond/help.

Regarding the pet situation, our listing clearly states that this property does not accept pets — we understand this may have been disappointing and we always encourage guests to review house rules carefully prior to booking to avoid any confusion upon arrival. As for the additional resort fees, these are implemented directly by the lodge’s HOA and are unfortunately outside of our control. We always offer to reimburse guests with proof of payment during there stay. We sincerely apologize for the missing shampoo and body wash — that is something we have addressed and will ensure is fully stocked for future guests. Your suggestion about a welcome binder with clearer instructions for trash, recycling, and laundry is excellent feedback that we are taking seriously and will be implementing right away. We appreciate your patience and understanding and are glad our team was quick to respond throughout your stay. It is a nice property to stay at, plenty to do and a few perks that weren’t mentioned also included. The A/C worked great, beds were fine and the property was in good overall condition, the management staff of the property definitely stepped up when we discovered some discrepancies in the booking and took care of it without a hassle, which we really appreciated and would definitely book with them again!

We had a wonderful time but there were a few things I’d like to inform you of.
1). Door handle on patio door needs to be fixed. Afraid one of these times you won’t be able to get back inside.
2). During the storm July 4th weekend apparentlly they storm door on front flew open during storm. When we woke up next morning someone had placed a chair off deck to keep in closed.
3). Grill needs to be cleaned as it would not stay lite as probably dirty.
4). They put a new trash liner in kitchen garbage can but when we removed it they’re was old food in bottom of container
5). There were bags of trash lying in the garage I don’t know if they knew about Garbage can outside or if it was full. We did put them in there as we only had 1 bag
6). They left us a note that towels were in the dryer as they ran out of time. We folded them and left them on dining table.
We didn’t want to complain but thought you’d want to know, especially about the door locks.
We stayed in Condo 9 last year in September and had no problems. We are hoping to come back again next year or also maybe in the fall.
We actually love this condo group very much. Spectacular view on deck to watch the fireworks!!! Loved it❤️

Family of 8 spent 4 night in mid July. Condo appearance was lovely and clean. Description on website not accurate. “Concierge Team” made it clear we were not part of the lodge. You can pay to use pool (which was closed) and rent kayaks. The beach is available for use We were told they would not assist with any issues. We had to buy batteries for remote and buy an auger to unclog toilet and buy hand soap for bathrooms as it had been watered down. There were no coffee filters. Cooking oil expired in 2021. No shampoo or soap in any bathroom. We asked multiple question before our trip and the host response was always “Let me check on that”. We would ask again. Response “sorry for the delay Let me check.” Never got an actual answer to “are there beach towels, crockpot, casserole dish etc.”We asked three times if the king bed is actually in the loft and Queen in the suite as stated on website. Never reserved an answer just a copy of what we had already read on website. Apparently the host is a robot that cannot answer anything other than basic questions. If you read previous review they mentioned handle on patio door being broken. It still is. I would give the condo itself a 10. The description of what is included a 5. The host gets 0 because I don’t think there is one. We actually had a lovely time because we were with family and enjoyed being together

We had a wonderful stay . Everything was as shown and described. They supplied plenty of paper products and towels ,coffee pot and dishes The management company was very quick to respond when we arrived a little early and they let us enter the unit . . We used the small playground and the resort area had a separate boat rental company which we used ,even though the weather did not cooperate .
We would definitely recommend and stay again .
