The host answered any questions I had right away and it was an easy experience with no hassle. The place was great and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend this as a premier place to stay.

There were 11 of us family members in town for a wedding. We stayed 3 nights. The place fit us perfectly! It was spotless, clean, roomy, and BEAUTIFUL! I was able to make breakfasts and bake desserts in the fully stocked kitchen. The restaurant at the resort had wonderful food and staff too! It was a perfect fit for all of us!!

The place was nice. For the time of year it was maybe not for everyone … in general the whole area kind of shut down after the first week of September. In reality that part for us didn’t matter because we were fine with that. We had a great time at the local bar for the Vikings game and that was probably the highlight of our weekend. Most bars and restaurants close after Sunday till Thursday. We liked it that way, and we made our own fun.

Wonderful stay for reasonable price. Villa could definitely have been cleaner. Hair in showers, lots of crumbs etc. cleaners were also there upon arrival (40 min into our approved check in time). Otherwise, great stay.

Our family of 12 enjoyed our time together in this beautiful townhome. We were close to the beach and were able to rent a pontoon and pick it up right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of towels for all the bathrooms, as well as beach towels. The communication was excellent. We would love to come back here again in the near future.

Always a comfortable home
This was our 4th year renting Villa 9 for our family vacation, We have always had an enjoyable time. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses and plates utensils and serving dishes. The beds are very comfortable. The grandchildren enjoy the large selection of games and puzzles available. our only complaint is with the resort amenities. This year the pool and entire rec area was unavailable and under repair. Two other years the whirlpool and sauna were not working the week we were there. New resort owners have improved the restaurant on site and we were pleased with the food we were served when we ate there.
Decline of amenities
We have been coming here for better than 20 years. There has been a large drop in the amenities. The front knob still isnt fixed on the sliding door there was supposed to be a contact wih the manager for refund of som. None has been given. The beach area has been cleaned up

This is a great location. The problem was the cleanliness of the home dishes were put away dirty beach towels were wet still in the dryer. There was Ramen noodles all over the deck table outside.I think if they can get a new cleaning crew in there, it will upgrade it perfectly

The cabin was nice. Cleaning service was late and we waited a few hours past check in time to get into the cabin. The resort was basically closed. No pool, workout area etc… Luckily the weather was nice so we played at the lake the whole time. We loved the house and the set up for our family. The host or whoever takes care of the communication was unfriendly and unresponsive. There are so many people involved in the communication that the whole process was frustrating for us. The resort, the host, the owner, the property people. We just kept getting shuffled around and that was very annoying.

Pool area had been damaged prior but the host arranged for the kids to swim at a local facility at will which was a little inconvenient but overcomable. Staff was excellent in communicating and working with us.

Great house to stay in. We loved all the games and amenities. Was a little disappointed there were only 2 towels in each bathroom which meant we had to share with other people. Also you should know the shower head in the upstairs bathroom sprays water straight out and onto the wall

This villa is amazing! A small group of us (6) rented this for the purpose of getting away from the cities for a little bit and it was perfect. Easy to find, incredibly clean, well stocked with every amenity you could imagine.
